What we offer

Established in 2013, Illovo Business Park is located on the banks of the Illovo River, adjacent to the new multi Billion Rand Special Economic Zone Automotive Supply Park currently being developed by Dube Trade Port.

WAREHOUSING

Warehousing units vary in size from 100m2 up to 6000m2. Each unit has its own hardened yard area with its own water and pre-paid electrical meters which are billed accordingly. Minimum lease duration is 2 years

SELF STORAGE UNITS

There are 94 self storage units of 22,5 m2 each ( 7.5 m long and 3 m wide) and each has its own access via a 3m x 3m garage roll-up door. No water and no electricity to self storage units. Minimum lease duration is 1 month.

OFFICES

Offices are 25m2 each. Parking bays are allocated pro-rata to offices rented.
